CrossFit 4566 is based in the paradise suburb of Noosa, Queensland (Australia) situated in the Harvey Norman centre off Gibson road. Crossfit 4566 is passionate about its members and building a great community which welcomes all people of any ability. Richard has been involved in the fitness industry since 1997 and believes strongly in the Crossfit methodology through his own experiences as a crossfit athlete and coach as well as seeing how the crossfit training and community changes people’s lives.
